Graph’Art Studio receives your surname, your first name, your email address and your message, which are used, at your request, to contact you and reply to you. This data passes through its technical service providers and is kept for three years after the last exchange.
Orders
For an order, Graph’Art Studio receives your name, your addresses, your email address, your telephone number and the order details, which are used to fulfil it. This data passes through its technical service providers and is kept for ten years, under accounting obligations. A customer account keeps it until the account is deleted.
Payment goes through Stripe, which processes your payment data, including in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Traffic measurement
Graph’Art Studio measures traffic to the site, on the basis of its legitimate interest. IP addresses are kept for seven days for visitors and six months for visits identified as automated. You may object to this.
With your consent, given through the cookie banner, Graph’Art Studio also measures the site’s audience with Google Analytics, which processes this data, including in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and keeps it for 14 months at most. Without this consent, it receives only cookieless signals. You may withdraw your consent at any time from the banner.
Security
For the security of the site, the site and its host keep technical connection data (IP address, timestamp) for a short period, on the basis of Graph’Art Studio’s legitimate interest.
